Panchakarma treatment

The best Panchakarma, in the foothills of the Himalayas.

An ancient Ayurvedic process that uses cleansing therapies to clear toxins from body and mind, restore natural health and help you move past negative thinking.

What is Panchakarma?

"Five actions" that cleanse body and mind.

The Sanskrit term Panchakarma refers to five detox processes. Together they form a complete Ayurvedic system for cleansing the mind and relieving stress, used both to treat serious conditions and to prevent them.

Popular images of seaside settings, massages and vegetarian meals tell only part of the story. Real Panchakarma brings together healing, energy, compassion, cooking and even music, guided by a doctor from start to finish.

The five karmas

Your doctor chooses which of these you need, and in what order, after your assessment. Not everyone needs all five.
